Nifty may try for 25100 | Profit bookings on upper levels possible
Jupiter with Saturn (Rx) leads the day, well supported by Moon, Ketu and Venus. It will be time for the focused trades. Well controlled and focused, possibly some positive moves can be seen during the day. Entire horoscope is active, that means movements almost all the segments may be seen.
Midcaps and small caps both may show movements. Activities in IT, communication, space, aviation and logistics may be seen.
Even then chances of profit booking is possible. Local political environment may also affect the market in coming time. Hectic decisions related to changes in policies may be seen in coming time. Possibly, we may see inflation (increase) in coming months.
Despite GST moves, I do not see effective consumption increase, reason is unemployment, in general low income (low per capita). Tariff will certainly hit exports, so this may further affect consumption. Not a good sign for the industries. Small and Medium scall industries were providing jobs to low skilled, semi skilled workers. Many of common man were engaged in these sectors. Anyways, now focus is on assembling of mobile etc. No manufacturing.
IT professionals are also unemployed, I believe for the first time IT professionals are not getting job, at middle level or higher levels also. Companies are trying to remove their experienced staff, just for the cost factor, same move was adopted by other industries earlier before closing down their business. Especially in automobile sector. Giant business houses, they are not floating new manufacturing units. They are either buying majority of shares and holding the management or moving out of India also. Our own peoples are not getting extra jobs, rather new management is removing the well settled staff.
Pharmaceuticals may surprise. Banks and IT companies may give some opportunities at lower levels. Keep a watch on leaf based, coffee, dairy, insurance (especially health), financial institutions and many more may be showing movements. News from department of finance may give impact on the market in coming days.
Nifty may try for 25100. Profit bookings or trimming on upper levels possible. Watch news from local political areas.
Crude may remain within the range of 65-68 USD.
