Jupiter, Moon with Saturn leads the day, well supported by Sun. During the day, impact of Budget will be seen. It will be confusing for the market. Possibly some rise and then sell on rise either today or on coming time may be seen.
Venus is in the influence of Rahu – just 34’ away from Rahu. I agree that it will look that Venus won in planetary war, but during the day, Venus will be defeated. So, may create some confusion.
Indications are clear that market is under pressure of fear or better to say that confusion.
When first budget was placed in 2014, there was growing economy, but on date, pressure on GDP, low consumption, high inflation, unemployment, high rate of GST, no new manufacturing units – giants houses are involved in taking over of existing companies, instead of going for new ventures. Unless new ventures develops in India on giant levels, and number of MSEs and Small scale industries can increase immediately job employments. Fashionable word startups are also important. These startups were also seen in the name of many small-scale industries in seventies, eighties period also. Next period was for call centers, and IT etc.
Crude oil prices may remain around 73-77 USD.
Anyways, market may be influenced with Budget news, since Venus is in the closest distance with Rahu, I feel that good words can be seen from speech. But can be like Mirage.
Volatile performance or sudden movements can be possible – spikes on either side can be seen. FIIs are still creating pressure on the market.
Buy on dips can be seen. A strict stoploss at 23200 will be better. Be watchful for banks.

Indian Rupee may trade in between 86.40 to 86.90 per USD.
