Sell on rise | Nifty stoploss @ 22000 | Nifty may test 22000
Jupiter with Saturn leads the day, well supported by Sun, Moon, Rahu and Ketu. Importantly, Saturn is in combustion and in the pressure of Sun, hence Saturn will not be in a position to give better results. Since, lord of share market has come out of planetary war from Rahu, so chances of some recovery are possible, but Profit bookings on upper levels possible.
Crude oil may remain within the range of 72 USD to 76 USD.
Possibly some better moves in automobiles can be seen. Rahu Ketu may give some volatility during the day. Bull traders may try to capitalize the sales data of Automobile. Possibly they may ignore the poor sales data for economical car range, which are used by middle class.
Response to the US President and Ukraine issues may be seen in coming time. Business war or better to say tariff war has started globally. India may face tough time for such issues. There are reasons for the same. We have trade deficit with China, and recover some deficit from US. But after this tariff issue, India may face tough time for trade deficit issues. Market has to react such issue in coming time.
The same has started reflecting in global political equations. Changes in global economic changes. Hence, reflection can be seen on the local market – reason is smart enough to understand such equations in advance and react accordingly.
Data wise GDP may look bit better, but Per capita income is again not justifying the same. That means this growth is for selected area.
Stop loss at 22000 of Nifty. FIIs are moving out of our market. They are hammering Index. They are moving to China and US markets. That means they feel that our market is not attractive for them.
That means sell on rise. Be prepared for Volatility or sudden changes. Nifty may breach 22000.
